Car Spotting Scavenger Hunt Redux. Round Nine on now!!!!!!

Damn, in the OP it says 1 pic per category...oh well. Good news for me is I can get 4 categories done and the bonus car by Wednesday garenteed... Not sure about the Italian car.

I remember scouting these the first time round.... Lol. Same problems now as I had then... Although now it wont cost me £20. In fuel driving around looking for them :)

Alright I'm down, now that I don't live in an area that's basically a gold mine for cars, so maybe I won't win every week now

So I can't post this even though the dealer isn't open yet?

I got my Italian car, oldest Mercedes (unless I can find an older one by Monday), and my Initial D vehicle. I'm going to wait until Sunday or Monday to post all my pics and I recommend everyone else does the same.

The Merc is done, it's not that old though. My favourite german vehicle might be tricky, though there is an F10 M5 Competition package with M performance parts on it locally, I just don't know where exactly. There's no such thing as an expensive Ford in the UK, guess it will have to be an S-max or something. Unless the guy next door rocks up in his 458 again the italian will probably be a Fiat! I am not going to win, that much is clear :D

I only have the bonus car:

I also have a better picture of a GTI, but I don't think they count. I also have old pictures of an R32.

GTI's and old pictures don't count. I seen a GTI this morning and got angry for missing it and then remembered it was just R32's and R's that counted.

I still have to get my favorite German car, most expensive Ford, and bonus car.

Ok... There's a 1969 Mercedes that is daily driven to my school and it wasn't here yesterday or today. Go figure
I see Raptors all the time so I should match Doog. Have an S2000 ready for the Initial D... And my favorite German car can change for 1 week :sly:
But the Italian car is going to haunt me...

I saw five Raptors today...bring it on.

Also, were there any STIs in Initial D? A silver blobeye tailgated me for a bit today, but I didn't take a picture because it appeared to be stock.

I see about 5 a week usually... Right now my leader is an old F350 crew cab 4x4, I think it's like 36k. I'm 99% sure STI's were in Initial D. There's a site on the last page that shows all of them.

Of course when I'm actually looking for something, they all seem to evade me. Haven't seen a single Fiat 500, or even a Miata for the Intial D one. Go figure.

30 minutes in the Donington Park car park was very helpful. As was 3 hours on the motorway :D.

Yup, Bunta's blue first generation. Don't know of anymore, I've only watched the first season and heard about Bunta's.

i like this idea! I am so in! However I have a question, I work at an Oil Change Facility, does it count as "in the wild" if I take the picture at work?

I would say it would count, as long as it's not your car or a family member's car you're taking a picture of.

I still haven't seen that Mercedes I was talking about :banghead:

Does this count for a Raptor? I know it's a god awful shot but it's the best I can get of it. 4-door, no hood or side graphics. Looked completely stock.
