Car tuning and weight

Sorry if this is a repost guys, I searched and turned up nothing useful.

If you add a S/C or turbo upgrade does that add weight?

Do Racing brakes, suspension, etc affect weight at all? Thanks for the info!

(I would experiment right now to find out for myself, but Im bored and stuck at work until 6 )

Anyway, to answer your question, I think I have read somewhere that if you add nitrous, it adds some weight to your car. However, I'm not 100% sure and this shouldn't be taken as fact.
