Hi all!

My parents were both hobby photographers, so at young age I walked with a camera. I kept interested, I own a Nikon D90 for almost 2 yours now and I'm still pretty happy with it. Here are some random photos, some old, some not, but in the next post ít'll be all new..

Those are some really nice pictures!
I really liked the one of the motorcycle with the sunset.
The second jet picture is also one insane picture. I don't even know how you pulled that off. It's really nice. This hobby may turn out to be a career if you keep this up.

The second jet, I was on an airforce day, standing on a hill and this came by verry low!

Help!
A friend of me is writer and she's going to publish her first book and asked me to shoot a photo for the book. The publisher is okay with it, still they could say no to a photo, so I need different settings and themes. I have some ideas, but I could use some help.. If some one has a good idea, post it, I could use some creativity!

The publisher is okay with it, still they could say no to a photo, so I need different settings and themes. I have some ideas, but I could use some help.. If some one has a good idea, post it, I could use some creativity!

Is it fiction, non-fiction? biography, Sci-Fi, Romance, Cook book? What is the book about? What themes does it explore? What's the title? Are there any defining moments in the story? These are all things to take into consideration. Also does the author have any particular exceptions? I would say sitting down with the author and discussing all of the above as that's probably a good place to start. Probably also a good idea to discuss it with the publishers. They might have their own take on the matter.

Nice shots in here Carlos. I really like your night shots, especially the one with the Erasmusbrug and the Seat. 👍 Shots of the Dino are also done very well. I think I'll be stopping by here more often, surprised I havent been here before

Little photoshoot with a Yamaha R7

The Yamaha YZF-R7 OW02 is a race homologation motorcycle of limited production run of only 500 units. It was designed to compete in the Superbike World Championship and Suzuka 8 Hours endurance races.

It has a 749 cc (45.7 cubic inches), 20-valve (5 valves per cylinder) inline-four engine DOHC producing 107 hp (80 kW), or 139 hp (104 kW) when the other, unused bank of fuel injectors is activated, and over 162 hp (120 kW) in race trim.

The R7 was built for racing 'out of the box', implied by the chassis, which was derived from information and geometry from the YZR500 machines of the period. The R7 was specified with Öhlins suspension components, a shortened Deltabox II frame and weight of just slightly over the 162 kg (360 lb) minimum of superbike regulations.

Nice shots Carlos! 👍 Night shots worked out pretty well, but I like your second set of photos even better. The first one on the second set really stands out for me. Very crisp shot and colors.

I will re upload the photos from Le Mans 2012 soon, but not all of them. Just a little selection as the posts were a bit (too) large. In 2013 I have been to WEC 6 at Spa, didn't make many photos, I brought my new video camera with me and have been using that pretty much all day. I think I have to make a shorter version since this one is boring, my colleagues told me.



I filmed the whole pitwalk too, cut out the walking parts and still have a long video...



That day the Porsche Cup was going on also, I think I made a pretty nice video of that..



Don't be scared of the beginning sound (it's only for a few secs), it's from the track. It's all pure track sound

And then yesterday, a man was executed in my area so took the chance to play with the camera, it's not great but checking the zoom and testing out my microphone.

I have been to a classic racecar event and it was pretty awesome. No idea why I haven't posted the photos here.... Well here they are

These are upload to different host but they are still a little bit poor on quality, need to upload them to my own host I guess.

It was a very long day, it started at 9 am and my friend and I were there around 8.30. Went home around 6.30 pm and had to work from 11 pm to 7 am :shocked: But it was worth it!

2 short clips from that day, I have a 30 minute video of that day too but it is quite boring and if I have the time I will soon make a new video of around 5 minutes or so.. But if you want to see the long version, it's on my channel..
