It is basically every car which price is 950,000 credits and less is giftable. Anything more expensive than that and it cannot be gifted.

First press the ''cars'' tab at the top, and then just press the car you want to see. Then it will show the buy price, sell price and tradable/not tradable in the top left =)

That's not all. Today I'll send tuning parts and again each 5 paints and museum cards. I wasn't able to send all at the same time, the game prevents that and therefore I couldn't gift another car on Friday but today in now...8-9 hours the next car will be gifted.
