I hate the thing, why is it needed that a sports car company make a truck (dont say cuz of the X5, thats compitition is the Lexus RX, the MB Glendal and that other one, and the Inifinity Q)
Its the same for the Lambo truck, witch never sold

I think its ok. It looks like a beefy 911 wagon. I think it will sell fairly well.

Also what is the Lambo truck? I've never seen one. Could you show me a pic?

Lambo Truck.

everyone is making SUV's posche has got to stay in the game. I bet these aren't going to be popular becuase of high price. But the design is nice and looks like fun. A SUV with the efficiency for parent's and fun for the kids to drive. (asuming its stock turbo and its technology matches the basics of the newer SUV's)

Oh great - now the high income wankers in my area will be driving something I can't see over, instead of the 330ci's on 19 inch wheels they all seem to drive (their wives drive diesel Land Rover Discoverys or Mercedes M-Class'). Joy.

The Lambo SUV was built for a Middle Eastern king who wanted a capable vehicle like the Hummer so Lambo built them but in the end the guy didnt want it.

You say it like they made one...

They made a few thousand.

the X5 is amazing, there is no SUV on the market that offers the same amount of performance and handling and i dont think the porsche will be a touch on it, but i do like the cayenne it aint bad looking.

I think the only bad choice for the SUV there building is they are keeping the engine in the rear, like there cars. I think they should of put the v8 TT engine in the front leaving the rear for luggage like most SUVs no a days. Much more efficient.

Whatever dumbass......I meant a few thousand not one, your so stupid mistax.

A n o t h e r ... d a m * e d ... S U V ...

Porsche is doing the right thing for itself by adding in the SUV, but I'm just an SUV loather... can't see over the stinkin' things with our station wagon... plus, how "agile" can a Porsche SUV truly be? Yes, maybe better than any other SUV, but compared to a car... it'll be a rolling mass...

Porsche will hit rock-bottom for this. They risking big bucks to produce this thing

Not really - don't forget this thing's a joint venture with VW. I don't think Porsche have got a whole lot riding on this financially - they're a lot smarter financially than they were 20 years ago.

Oh yeah - Troy - it's front engined.

Does anyone know the spec of the engines?
