This week is a "special" week. For one time only, two locations are allowed. So Swiss here is the theme you suggested. To describe the idea of Swiss, here are his own words: "Trial by fire...or ice" - Trial Celica SS 2003 in either "Ice Arena" or Nanjenzi (for fire, cuz of the leaves)

those lights and lines were in the original shot? because this is a PMC comp. nothing about brightness/contrast and a cloned over watermark is really allowed... and I really don't think that's just brightness/contrast...

Speedemon This time, I'll have it more clear. Lens Flare is not permitted in PMC, and not even 2.0. Read the Photoshop rules before you submit

It still doesn't seem a legal entry. I my be wrong, but I can see some added motion blur. Look at the car:

I may be wrong, but that is only possible with added motion blur on gimp maybe

that was just luck.... i don't think i could do that again soon. and david48, the front wheels are driven, so the rears might have been hanging around

Yeah, I'd give him the benefit of the doubt on this one. If he blurred the first wheel, why didn't he do the second?

And those slight after-images are really easy to get. That one looks a bit odd, but would he have bothered to do a motion blur and then leave that afterwards? Methinks not. I'd need to see the original, full-size shot first, but I really don't think it looks edited.

In the end, does it really matter?

I never got anything like it from photomode, but ok. Please, accept my apology.

It is kind of unusual, but it's not a big enough deal to worry about. It's essentially an effect you can get, but possible looks magnified.

It's not like it makes the picture so epic that everyone will vote for it, right?

in regards to speedemon's shot:
I've never seen that effect before in-game either....
Not to say that could never happen in-game. But that seems like a textbook PS or gimp blur effect.
