Hello everyone.

I am part of a clean casual racing group aimed solely at having fun on Gran Turismo, as well as other racing games, and we are looking for regular members who may be looking for racing with similar minded people. We have had some recent troubles in member numbers as we have only been going for four months but are looking to expand to regular racing every week. We have a friendly atmosphere and promote positive banter amongst members and when in the lobbies we encourage friendly chatting and having a good time, even before going onto the track.

We cater for people of all abilities, nationalities and which ever walk of life you come from. We do not discriminate but we do ask for you to read and speak English as it is the universal language on the site. We currently have members from Israel, Italy, Norway and the USA but are primarily a UK group. Anybody is welcome and you will not be rejected because of the colours of your flag.

The racing we offer:
-Mixed Races in public lobbies
-Championships ranging from a Tuscan Cup through to Mini-Endurance Racing
-Endurance Races up to 80 minutes in length
-Open Time Trails
-Member Races (Where everyone in the community can create together)
-Real Life Recreated Events such as Bathurst 1.2 Hours, ALMS, British Touring Cars and many more
We also offer galleries for your photos as well as tuning tips and much more.

CCR is still only a small site and we would really like to grow to have regular racing how it should be. Competitive but not taken too seriously for the purpose of enjoying the game. We do not have "Pro's" joining our ranks as it is too light spirited and not serious enough.

We run on a forum provided by ProBoards and it is locked to outsiders to protect our members. We do require you to register and become a member for security reasons but it is 100% free. When registering please send a request message saying you have come from GT Planet and we shall accept you as soon as we can.

The site address.

We hope to see some of you join.
Please feel free to post any queries about the forum and I shall answer as best as I can.

Hi,
Your thread sounds very familiar and similar to what I started a couple months back. I raced online very casually with a few friends on Thursday evenings when we decided to take it to another level. Since that time I have gathered numerous racers into this little "club" from all over the globe. Our club is called "Spinning Arrows" and we race on Thursday as a very casual race with just a group of people getting together, chatting it up and making new friends, while chasing each other down on the track, then the following week we do a bit more serious endurance race. Then the cycle repeats. Like yourself, we are open to all with the only requirement being that you race cleanly and of course a sense of humor helps too. Anyway, without bogging you down for too long on this one reply, please see the attached link to our club page as well as an imbedded link to the thread that started it all titled "looking for new racers".

So this is an invite to you and your friends to come join if you are even remotely interested. We always have a good time and I for one have met (on PSN of course) some very decent people from all over the world. There's no ego's and A-holes in this group. Just some people that enjoy racing with no commitment.
I would love to be able to join your group but personally only have time to really race one night a week (Thursdays). So if you or your friends are available on Thursday evening 8PM EST till whenever, you are welcome to join. Again, no commitment, just come in for a race or two and leave if you like, no questions asked. Just send an FR to tarkus1 (me), I'll accept and hopefully see you on the track. Mics help of course but not required.
Sorry for the huge reply.

I'm sorry tarkus but this is an advertisement for my forum and I am looking for members to join mine more than go to others. We are recruiting only.

Another issue, we are UK based and 8pm EST makes it around 3am over here an none of us are awake, let alone online at that time.
