So Tokyo South manufacturers was having a little practice and I was picking up near 3 second penalties for jumping the kerbs on the last chicane. Thought it was weird so looked at the limits, it's on championship, nations is normal. We have no way of practicing this in open lobbies, ffs PD

How do you find the track limit settings, i didn't realise there where different levels.

If it's anything like LeMans when it was first released, it's gonna be a bad time.

What if they do this on purpose so people can't train? I mean in the end it may be seen as an "unfair" advantage to ones that don't have much time up their hands.

It's under the race details on the entry page. I knew something was off because penalties at at Tokyo were so harsh I had to check it out.

I think that's a really poor excuse to put it on, why should people be penalised for playing and practicing?

It might just be for Tokyo and then back to normal after, I have a feeling a lot of people with be bypassing manufacturers though.

You can practice it in lobbies, you just need to stay within the track limits. Normal track limit penalties are a little lax imho. I wish normal was only in lobbies and both daily races and FIA were with the stricter track limits.
