I've been pondering on the same issue myself, although with other games than GT... (games that cause a significant dead zone near 0 deg).

As far as I know, there's no button-combination mechanical lock device like the Driving Force Pro has. Anyone have additional info to the matter?

Not until PD makes a new GT-25 wheel once FULL game comes out. That way G25 (GT WHEEL) will be offcial to Gran Turismo. Then you will be able to change ranges and other options .

It is possible on the PC.

It is possible on the PS3 if the game allows it.

It is not currently possible in GT5 Prologue.

It is possible BUT you will have to modify the wheel's internals. Inside of the g25 there is a plastic block that limits the turning degrees to 900. well if you were to limit the amount of side to side movement of the block it would be possible to get 180 degrees. With out modification NO it is not possible YET.

But this will only limit the physical wheel to 180 degrees right? The software side (O/S?, device driver?, game?) will still have to be tuned to register the changes right?

BTW, saw your G25 handbrake mod on YouTube... very cool 👍
