I'm aware of the Honda 2J as I acquired my 2J from one of those tickets. It's just that hybriding is almost pretty much gone now (although we really need it back) and I don't want another ten billion threads demanding a hacked 2J.

You don't want? I would think that would be up to the mods to police, not you. And I would have to disagree with you about your statement about hybridding being pretty much gone. Its still going like it always has, its just a little less online, thats all.

Well we need some variety and the ability to improve cars that are drastically underpowered. In addition to cars being underpowered, some don't belong in the PP range they are put in.
