A win at Suzuka A/S lobby US - 2 passes at 130r laps 1/3 to move from 3rd to 1st in VR (apologies for the odd cough, I've turned the mic setting off now)

Well done to pull off the win, sometimes it’s great starting in 3rd and letting the leaders pave the way but you did it the hard way!
I’ve had a good break this week and watching that has got me itching to race the 155 at Suzuka

In America´s top split we have two brazilians (father and son) who are both A+/S and they are regulars almost every night.
They stream their races. Dont know how old is the kid but he seems a teenager and he seems to be faster than his father who is incredibly fast.
Argentinans have Fangio and Brazilians have Senna.
Both legends left a mark not only in those countries but also in the rest of south america.
A bit of a mixed bag of races at Suzuka tonight. I'm making a lot fewer mistakes than a couple of days ago and finding more consistency, but still prone to the odd brain fart.
Ended the night on a high and happy to get my 10th career win (even if I am still pootling around in DR B).

VR is interesting to watch as there's no HUD so very clean. You just wore them down, if you lap consistently guys in the lead often make errors. In saying that, the red car, looked terrible, all over the road, swapping ends etc but still fast. I don't get it.

Funny enough I thought the same thing, he was all over the place and the amount of sliding and really scrappy corners he was difficult to keep up with! Some of it is marginal latency as I was in a spread (Geographically) US lobby and I am playing from the UK.
Even if you have no interest in VR I'd recommend trying it as the sense of depth is mind blowing. You can't see it very well but I was a lot closer "physically" to the lead two cars, on a flat replay that perspective looks a lot further away than it is.

I just set the #1 lap time in all 3 dailies. And I won the Manufacturers cup. Go ahead and look at the leaderboard in game. The leaderboard websites are wrong ignore them. I dare you to prove me wrong at this current time of posting.
My rig is in dire need of a good hoovering! And yet, here I sit on the sofa contemplating a decent nap instead 😂. What on earth did I do on Saturday afternoons before GT7?!Okay, well I guess it's a good time for us to clean our houses, or maybe get to know our families, or something.......
