Actually Fanatec CSL Elite has better force feedback than T-GT.

Very simple,less gears better force feedback.Fanatec CSL has single belt driving mechanism,T-GT has dual belt driving mechanism.In most reviews is stated that TS-PC/TS-XW/T-GT has notches and friction in the driving mechanism as opposed to CSL for which I've never heard to have such a problem because single belt drive mechanism has less friction.
