The current Police Car Chevrolet provides for the US that's a rebadged version of the Holden Caprice and I kinda like it. I mean, it shares the same platform as the Holden VE Commodore and has a decent engine and gives out an alright amount of power.
Specs:
Engine - 6.0L Pushrod V8 16v
Power - 355 hp (261 kw)
Torque - 384 ft-lbs (521 nm)
Transmission - 6-Speed AT (w/ Manuel Shifting mode)
Weight - 4,200 lbs (1,905 kg)
