Chill out or cypher? Hip Hop instrumentals discoveryMusic

Hey y'all, what's goin on?
As you have noticed, I'd like to see you guys share some personal knowledge with each other based on instrumentals.
Maybe some of you guys love to write or just kick a nasty rhyme, while others rather sit back and max on a beautiful hip hop melody
and there's no better way than to do it on a headbangin instrumental.
Anyways, have a nice session here, y'all!
Here are some of my fav's:

Diggin them beats MP, have'nt got any to post myself.. but thought you might appreciate this link:

It's basically a competition/movement my good friend 'Pritt Kalsi' set up after making his film 'THE MEN & THE MUSIC' (film about turntablism essentially), the idea of the comp is that the DJ's competing are each given £20 (or $20 US, 20 euro's for europe etc) for which they have 1 week to go digging in the crates to find loops beaks etc, and basically come up with a ill beat to be performed at a venue on the final day of the week.

It initially started as a UK thing but over the years he's taken it to NYC and the most of europe... so good was the idea, somebody in Japan has actually kind of (stolens to harsh a word) adopted his idea and is spreading the same love over there,

Anyway if you've time i highly recommend you check the link out.

The instrumental version of Little Brother's The Minstrel Show I found to be almost as good as the full thing. Love this:
