All those item can't be trade, it's all DLC.
GT colors can only be traded including the car, which can be painted with the desired DLC color, but you will never get the paint chip himself.

all you need to do is list the cars from ocd that these colours refer to as it is the car you are going to be sending and also the car/colour combo is vital info for the guys hunting/collecting these cars

for example...
triumph spitfire - carmine
caterham 7 - Estoril Blue

and so on 👍
