Chrysler operates several "proving grounds" across North America for developing new vehicles. The Chelsea Proving Grounds is possibly the biggest of them all and is located in Chelsea, Michigan. It covers an area of 15.6KM and is designed to test every aspect of Chrysler's latest models, from emissions and aerodynamics, to acceleration, top speed, handling and off road capability.
