Classic Cars in GT Sport?

So you would rather have a moon landing than a 100s of standard cars?
So you would rather have a moon landing than crappy vacuum cleaner sounds?
weak FFB and tire physics
and on and on we can go. Classic waste of time and money
IMO
One thing does not exclude the other

You think that by not having the moon driving bit, the game would become perfect all of a sudden and have everything and more? geez
Thanks for not answering and trying to spin it. To answer your question NO, because Kaz has no sense of reality. He lives in his own little world and doesn't care what people want.

Not all people want the same things, to start with.
When you find a miracle formula to please everyone, you'll be called a genious.

I am not holding my breath on there being classic cars, if there isn't it is unfortunate to put it mildly as i prefer them over new cars , somehow Forza's selection keeps getting better and better, so goddamn mouthwateringly BETTER.

I surely wouldn't mind seeing vintage-type racing to add to the diversity. What comes to mind to me is stuff like the Goodwood Revival, the Porsche Rennsport Reunion, and the Monterey Historics. Maybe you could add certain vintage rallying also. Could we see some classic car racing? Probably not, but I wouldn't count something out similar. Not sure we're going to get something like SimBin's GT Legends or anything on the classic car front for GT Sport. I'm not exactly counting it out entirely, though.

I was thinking exactly the same yesterday.

PD could create some "Historic" groups.
Cars already in previous GT:
"Le Mans Prototypes":
Ford GT40
Ford Mark IV
Ferrari 330 P4
Toyota 88 C-V
Jaguar XJR-9
Sauber Mercedes C9
Mazda 787B
Nissan R92C
Peugeot 905

And, with Porsche license, could be added:
Porsche 956/962
Porsche 917K

Could be a late 60's, early 70's revival and the good old Group C.

Then, the late 90's GT1 (GT-One, R390, F1 GT-R, CLK-GTR) and early LMPs (Audi R8, BMW V12) could be added to Gr.1, I guess, not forgetting the Porsche 911 GT1/Evo.

And some real historic too, like Toyota 2000GT, Skyline C10, BMW 2002, Alfa Romeo Giulia GTA, Jaguar Type E, Mercedes 300 SL, Renault 8 Gordini, Alpine A110, Ferrari Dino 246.

For last, the old american muscle, Cuda, Nova, Charger, Challenger, Stingray...

It would be about 30 cars, I guess

Technically the Ferrari F40 is from 1987.

Why they went with a VGT Zagato instead of I don’t know the Zagato modified Giulia TZ is beyond me.
Seriously who cares for or even uses those alike looking character less VGT cars?

And they went with the R18 and the Cobra instead of, I don't know, the Zagato modified Giulia TZ. Totally worth it

Just go to "About this games" => Notice of Intellectual Property. Knowing that the Countach LP400 will be a part of the December update, I guess all the other cars mentioned will come later. (half of them are from GT6) Even if the Sesto Elemento can be seen in Museum, the car is not in the following list.

Complete list: LP640, LP670-4 SV, Diablo GT, Diablo GT1, Diablo GT2, LP560-4, Reventon, LP400, Miura P400, LP700-4, Countach 25h Anniversary.

The R18, and Shelby have nothing to do with that. I’m just baffled how they include a traditional coachbuilder, and not use one of their iconic designs. The TZ was just an example. But pretty much any of Zagato’s builds would’ve been better than yet another VGT.

Honestly complaining about Zagato designing a VGT for us is insulting . They are a design team and probably took great pride in making the VGT. although I think its kinda ugly it does remind me of the cars they have DESIGNED.

Where would the GT1/2 diablos fit in anyways? PD kinda screwed up with the grade system. Classic race cars had different regulations. This games strength is the grade system as it gives us proper race fields, if we return to the hodge-podge ******** we had before, count me out. I don't ever want to race a DTM machine alongside a rally car alongside a Gt500 car alongside a GT1 machine. EVER !!
