Classic Cars Setup.

I was just wondering which classic cars are the best out there, i wont the pro. classic cars cup event with my '70 Chevelle SS 454 the first time around, but i just messed around with it again and now the '66 AC Cars 427 S/C is haulin ass from me.

Is it worth droppin even more money in the Chevelle to beat him or is there a better classic route to go.

yes, its a great car, just tweak with it slightly and its all the cool

The best area to invest in on the Chevelle is drivetrain. Lengthen the gears a little to get more top end. You could shave a little weight, the car is quite heavy. More horsepower really isn't necessary.
I heavily modded the '69 Z-28 Camaro to beat the AC Cobra. Here is a post of some really good settings for the Camaro
