I love this picture. I really like how 'bright' the lights look, bringing vividness to the picture itself while the car with that angle and general feeling of speed instantly grabs your attention.
I really like how the noise is applied in a gradient, getting less noticeable in the centre of the image. The colours are also not too saturated making it look like a proper night time image, while still remaining bright.
Only thing that could be changed is there is some compression visible at the bottom of the car door that needs cleaning.
