How did you make that side window to look so much better?

One word:- Smudge Brush
OK so that's two words, and it's not that simple, but I create a selection following the contour of the area I want to fix and then use the smudge brush to clean it up. GIMP has the best tools for this by far, I do all my cleaning up work in GIMP and then use PhotoShop or PaintShop Photo Pro for any other editing. I like to use GIMP's point to point selection tool - it allows you to move each point before finalising the selection and enables you to very accurately position your selection. Also using antialiasing and a feathered edges value of 2 with your selection gives you nice smooth lines that are not too sharp. For the smudge brush I use a setting of 60% opacity and select the Fade Out option.

Hope that's helpful. I am working on a tutorial but it's a slow work in progress - just ask bmxmitch - I promised him a tutorial months ago and I still haven't finished it!

Alright, thanks alot guys. :)👍
I've changed back to my previous Entry. I think the sun here in spain is too hot. My head seems to be working a bit slower here or something....haha:lol:

Go to my (Real) Final Entry here cheers..

Ohh, and to all of you guys:
I really need this vacation/break to step up my game. You guys just reached an insanely high level! Very very impressive! 👍

Thank you mate, I understand what you mean. Gimp's point to point selection tool sounds better than Photoshop's lasso tool. On a second thought, the pen tool could do the work with the points. Thanks for clearing that mate, I've took some images today, will try different things tomorrow from work.

Decided to change my entry and I did, but then I remembered that I can use only three tracks and I got my original entry back. Sorry.

Awesome shots!!!
Hard to pick a top 15 even now.
I think I'll provide some kinda prize car which I'm gonna be thinking about during the next week.:D

Oh joy! Oh happiness! This weeks entries just gave me a big 'wow' experience! I haven't had much time for GT5 lately, but it's really a pleasure to see what you guys have produced here :)👍

Great shot Sam48, stunning qualities to it. 👍

So, I'm not great at 2.0 editing, and I haven't done a proper 2.0 edit since the GT4 days. So this will have to do, hoping my entries in future will increase in quality!
