We're in London this week, so you better watch out before crossing the streets, you here me ?!
Those crazy British people drive on the wrong left side of the road and they won't brake for tourists!!
You'll be advised, as this is my Final Warning Entry.

Must be viewed in full resolution, so please click Swiftly ^^

Hope you like it :sly:
This was one of the most fun competitions so far !!

Cheers

This car was so fun to drive! Very photogenic, too!

Edit: wow, I didn't realize how similar my shot was to Fido's until now. I can change it if you like, I have plenty of other good ones.

Final entry

A big thanks to Moglet for choosing this car and location. It was much more fun to shoot than expected!

the tones and exposure for this pic reminds me of those iphone photo apps.

I shot the pic last week in London with my iPhone ;)

By the way, I love to play with those iPhone apps! Not really intentional that the pic should remind you of those, but I tried to give the pic a "street mood" as it feels to be in a hectic city...

Now, I know that this isn't the car or location, this is just an example:

Would something like that (black "widescreen") fall under border and/or signature?

Black / White / Silver ?

Actually I prefer this car in White, gives that little extra contrast to it. My colleague has the black '09 Sport version, and he asked me to drive in it and don't hold back... I looked at him like this  and after test-driving it with 6500 rpm I suddenly looked like this  !!
This is a really fun car to drive in real life 👍

I think the original colours were red, black and silver. They added white a few months later. My friend's car was silver, easy to keep clean but it didn't really suit the car IMO.

I'm assuming you use photoshop, but, what filter do you use on your photo to get that effect? (Its hard to describe the effect, it just makes it look so realistic :drool:)

Maybe you're referring to the warmness? In photoshop you can use 'photo filter' under the Image tab. (I think) Sorry for off topic.

I'm thinking I shouldn't have changed my final entry, we're seeing lots of nearly identical angles here... :/ Not to say the shots aren't good, it's a good car/track combo.

I tried that, it wasn't it!

No one has done anything like mine, so I'm happy! :dopey:

It's several steps, actually. (I use GIMP, might be a bit different than Photoshop)
1.) Saturation down to about 60%
2.) Color balance to about 20% yellow, 5% red
3.) Repeat step one
4.) Curves: Blacks lightened about 5%, whites darkened about 5%
5.) Step two
6.) Step one
7.) Add some noise

And done.
