Unique Restrictions: Only one car in the shot. Can only use cars and locations from

Dude... I think you should start your own competition. Be your own judge and your own contestant. You're commenting on this forum like you know it all. Contribute with some great shots first. After that bring on the attitude. Now it's just annoying and hollow words to me.

There is one judge in this contest the same as all the others. The theme he (assuming ashes is a guy ) chose this week was a combo of his favorite cars and tracks that he listed and these were then submitted secretly to him via PM. He then chose the best of those for the poll. So they are in his mind the best shots of his favorite tracks and cars

One person wins week 1, selects a 'theme' for week 3 (disregard week 2 in this example). ashes' favorites was the theme. he chose the best ones in his opinion that complied to his guidelines. And about your 'democratic' solution, would you be able to have the time to host all the tie-breakers which inevitably would arise from allowing everyone a place?
The poll can't be too big, since that would lead to scattered votes everywhere.
Please excuse me if I've come off as aggressive and abusive. But I'm not sure on what you are meaning.

Art is subjective what I find art others may find horrid if you disagree with ashes choices you just don't have the same tastes that's all.

It would be totally different if it were the same guy deciding the poll every week. If all pictures were put into a poll it would be massively watered down. 100+ entries is too much. By having a different person deciding the poll every week it can give us a completely different looking poll every week, We have had some large polls and they are no fun because you end up with a 4 way tie where they all have 6 votes. All it is is a way to narrow the field so voting is easier and more decisive.

As for the "one voice, one opinion" dig it is a fact of large democracies that the field is generally simplified to streamline the democratic process. Have you ever watched coverage of some of the African elections where there are 76 candidates? How can one person be informed on every one? Even 5 or 6 parties can be confusing enough (Hence all of our minority governments here in Canada in the last 6 years). It really does work pretty well, it just needs to be observed for more than a couple weeks.

But the judge's taste is subjective. Art is subjective.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I responded to your suggestion on the previous page. Who would have the time to host all those polls?
And we could probably have fitted 3 weeks with different themes compared to one with your suggestion.
