Unfortunately the race was won by a few dirty racers who were kicked out but I couldn't keep up with Sicks R8 Gordini on the Daytona bowl with my cobra Daytona coupe!!!

You can use just any car you like.
I usually drive every race in different car.

Here's my moms '63 Nova that we talked about yesterday, Smiley;

She got rid of it before I was born so I've only seen pictures of it.
That photo above was taken ~mid-seventies. It was later transformed into a racing car
by some motorsport people. I don't know all of the details but I could ask her.

I just checked the national car registry and here are the statistics they provide;

Transmission: Automatic
Weight: 1,490 kg
Length: 4.65m
Width: 1.8m
Fuel tank: 61L
BHP: 147



My dad had a Ford Crown Victoria from the fifties at around the same time, I've only seen photos of that one, too.
It looked a lot better taken care of than moms Nova. In fact, dad won several prizes with it at various car shows.
It was red/white in both exterior and interior.

My parents used to have an Austin 1300.

A Renault 5:

A Citroen GSA: (Was damaged)

But actually they used to have an Piaggio Vespa, too!

They had these vehicles before I was born.
