Hey guys I have a quick question concerning the thumbnails. How do I do a thumbnail thats IS NOT small. Do I have to have in my computer a resized version of the pic to use as a thumbnail??

Some hosting sites will do it for you, Flickr is what I use(they have 4-5 sizes, one of which is exactly 500pixels wide which makes life easy).
