I forgot to mention it in the PM to SlipZ, but no, the cars must fit the power and weight restrictions when they are stock. That means you can't limit the power of a Lamborghini Miura to 300 HP and use it for this competition. It also applies to any other cars.

A friendly reminder: Hybrids are not allowed in either the PMC or 2.0 competitions.
