I probably won't be able to host for a majority of this week.
Monday - Thursday: school :yuck:
Friday - 80% chance
Saturday - going to New England Auto Show :D :D :D :D :D
Sunday - Busy as usual
Monday (no school, Martin Luther King Jr Day) - maybe, might be going to a friend's house

I would like to have a small vote:
Should VGTs and concept cars (Toyota FT-1) be allowed to drive? And why? Please make a well written argument. Spelling and grammar does count :sly:

Any chance of a lobby today?
Any lobbies today? :indiff:
Any lobbies tonight?
Is anyone going to make a lobby?

No, because dere ratarded an nat reel.
:sly:
@ProjectWHaT

Says the one who wants to drive the VGT :lol:
But that was at a track day. :sly:

Serious argument:
Some should be allowed. Some concepts have actually been made as one-offs and are fully drivable. Ones like the VGT, no. An example of one that should be able to be driven is the Citroen GT.

@ProjectWHaT, I would choose no.

They vary way too much. Some have a street-like look while others look like they came from 2067. And that causes confusion about what is allowed and what isn't allowed. Similar to the tuner cars problem at @DBeav12's club.

"look like they came from 2067" ???

How can you alter the look of a car?

How do you know what cars look like in 2067?

I was going to make a poll for tuner cars a while ago too.... :lol:

But if we don't start regulating them, it'll cause more confusion. I think the Mercedes VGT shouldn't be allowed. It's way too futuristic, but the FT-1 might be allowed. We'll see tomorrow.

Are you judging it on its cool looks?

I mean what would you call "futuristic" things?

I mean if they ARE going to become "real" cars, why do you not allow them?

Because they look "futuristic"?

The FT-1 should be allowed. It's NOT a Vision GT car. It's a CONCEPT car. That's what's causing some of the confusion around here on GTPlanet.

That's why my name is Ameer67. :P

Ease off the double posting.

About the futuristic part; it's kinda hard to define it honestly. The way a car sits, how low the roofline is, shape, etc can define if it's futuristic. Basically how realistic it is.
