Ideally I would want the majority of the race to be dry, damp is ok but when it sits at 100% it makes the whole thing totally boring. You cant make a move on people that way and you end up fighting the car rather than the opponents. I guess set the weather to low, changability to 2 and start the track dry is all you can do.

So you guys ended up stopping?

May I suggest a possible restart to the series....pushing it out by a week.

Think most would love to give it another try.

Yeah or it would have been a midnight finish with our pace on the 100% wet track :(
How about I put Spa on the end of Nurburg?
Laps 60 with the weather settings mentioned above?

OP has been changed, Spa has been put to the end of the season and weather will be on a much lower setting. Laps have been reduced to allow for wet laps 👍

OK that's good 👍

Lets hope for a better race this time around

 I have to admit its my inexperience of the weather settings that led to the nightmare that was yesterdays race.
We can but try again :)

You guys looking foward to Sarth? :D I reckon Pagey has a good chance there, but thats only from what Ive seen :) and hopefully the weather will work this time, im a bit worried about tyre wear too :(

Might I ask what happened with the weather? Sounds über nasty & I'm glad I wasn't involved

It basically just went up to 100% surface water and stayed there, so it would have taken ages to complete the race :(

Yeah, I hadit on full changeability so expected it to change
I have learned my lesson, it will be set much lower for the remaining races and I have taken a few laps off to allow for slower laptimes in the wet.
Sarth should be a good one Spurgey 👍

Yeh, Im looking foward to the supercar one more, need to get some practice in for it though, especially in the wet. :)

Are you in the LMP's mate?
They should both be good races especially with the weather under control!
You got Spa yet?

Yeh, of course I am, should be good, just hoping Pagey uses up his tires quickly :D and Ill get round to it soon :)

You are both arch enemies :D although after this seasons Rome result in the FGTC I will be forever after beating you too 👍

Really?
Well thats good news, can you think of anything that might improve your connection? Its been dodgy of late, with disconnects and lag on the FGTC Monaco race. Not too worried about the lag but not much fun if you get disconnected again as the race starts.

I think kidnapping mister talk talk until he gives me an adequate connection. Maybe. Was going to practice tonight but my mum took my ps3 for feeding the dogs ten minuutes late because I was doing homework. Makes sense I know

Don't know. I wouldn't mind if it was reasoned but this is not

I remember when I used to get my PS3 taken away for me.. Then I set some ground rules in the house and it doesn't happen any more. :)

if I tried such a thing I wouldn't be living in the house anymore

No practice so far but I'm looking forward to some good racing tomorrow. What's the sito with mics, on or off?

No the supercars were last but now the GT-500's are last. Its all in the OP mate 👍

Tom- I reckon mic's off or some people will abuse it and sing/piss about. I havent practised either :D

Sorry but I will have to pull out of this endurance tonight, my Internet is once again messing me about. I got disconnected from an endurance last night and the connection has been worse today. It's inevitable that I will disconnect.
