Ok, I'm going to do something a little different here for these events. I am taking requests to tune cars for you guys to use here in these A-Spec Seasonal Events minus any power upgrades. Meaning, I will fit the car with the following upgrades only.
1) Height-Adjustable, Fully Customizable Suspension
2) Fully Customizable Dog-Clutch Transmission
3) Fully Customizable Mechanical Limited Slip Differential
4) The car will also be equipped with Triple Plate Clutch & Carbon Drive Shaft
No Weight Reduction of any kind will be used. So, if you have a car you would like to try or just want a car to grind these events with, make your requests here in this thread and I'll make you a tune. Please though, no ridiculous requests, I'm only a WRS Division 2 Gold driver, I can't perform miracles. If you want a car that's near impossible to win with, then you are going to have to ask an alien, I'm not your man. I'm always up for a challenge, but I'm no miracle worker. I'm doing this for all 3 events, so requests will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Just state the car and the event you wish to use it in. When the tune is finished, I will notify you here in this thread and a link to the tune will also be posted here. Good luck everyone, lets have some fun.

Two-Wheel Drive Non-Racing European Car Super Lap: Ascari Full Track

I'm just having trouble with front end bite on turn in and mid-corner, I don't want a super-slidey go-kart

Thanks

Sorry, I'm only doing tunes for the A-Spec Seasonal events as stated in both the thread title and the OP. I can't promise you anything, but if I have time I will try working something out for you. Again, my apologies, but this thread is only for the A-Spec events, not the Time Trials.

I'll use it for both if it turns,
it's fast in a straight line, just won't hook through corners like it should

Hey Mitch. Nice idea. 👍 A car I'm interested in is the Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8 Track '13. It's 465PP stock, so it'll be fine for the new Silverstone race (500PP & less). I can then upgrade exhaust, etc. & use it for the Laguna one as well. Wanna give it a go?

Edit: I just noticed that Shaunm80 posted a tune on the seasonal thread...

First of all I don't really need this in any special event( and frankly I don't need it at all but it could be fun), but I have found your tunes really intuitive and really like the way they are fast but still quite easy to handle! And nsx mobil 1 is a car that I just love in any way, I mean it's from the era when cars weren't so round and soft looking becouse the aero teqnicues weren't so sofisticated and this just looks MEAN! And I would see that if you'd tune it on spa it would go great on most of the tracks!! And really, if don't want to bother it's cool and also I really rarely do any a-spec races so this is just somthing to do if you get bored, which you won't becouse I can see a flood of requests coming at your way in my crystal ball

I'll go ahead and tune the car for the 550 PP Laguna Seca A-spec event but I can't guarantee the handling at Ascari due to the different tire compound used at Ascari and also the track itself. Once you put the SH on the car for the Ascari event, its going to change the handling slightly so its going to be up to you to make the changes.

@Jaywalker I'll get started on it sometime today. 👍

@ODB I'll put the car on my list to tune. 👍

@GTP_CargoRatt : I'd like a tune for the Nissan GT-R specV '09 if its not too much to ask?
I was thinking of using it in all 3 events, so a base tune at ~580PP is prefered, but do as you like:)
I'm using my own generic tune right now, and it is not the best, so I'm sure you'd do a better job...

Thanks!! And it will be driven on RH tires, and it would suffice if you'd just made a good base to work on since I should really need to learn to tune but my problem is that I don't really know how to get started... I mean I'm kinda used to PD tuned cars and I can make them some tweaks but really nothing really useful... And yeah don't worry about it really, I'm quite concentrated doing mainly TT's and i'm already building a plan in my mind of some sort of tuning school for me (I try to make it in a way it would help all people in my situation than just me of course!!) since I have really figured that if I wan't to make some real damage on those leader boards, I should learn to do my own tunes so I don't have to adapt every time there's a new TT (thought your tunes have usually been so intuitive that they don't really take that much adaptation, maybe we have similar driving styles or [the fact is] your just so good :D )

And really... there's a lot guys in more need than I am :)

Just noticed that the car you requested (nsx mobil 1) is a race car and it cannot be used in these events therefore my time will be better served moving on to the next request. If I have time later on down the road, I will make a tune for the car, but for now I have more relevant tunes to do. Hope you understand.

Yes I very much do and it's no problem at all 👍

Legend!!

SH to SM isn't a wholesale change in most of my setups anyway,

Laguna won't be too far off Ascari either, they both have a couple of un-banked, high-speed corners which is where my issues are generally with the car.
i.e if you can get it to hook though turns 3-4 and 6 at Laguna without needing it sideways on entry, then it'll be better than it is now

Ferrari 430 Scuderia '07

Request filled for @Robbks

Again, I'm not guaranteeing this tune for anything other than what it was designed for and that is this event. I have no idea what the handling will turn into with different tires at a different track. If it works for you in both this event and the TT, then great, I've killed two birds with one stone. It is a very easy win here, can easily be used as a grinding car for this event.

Tune looks good mate.
The major difference I see is the Roll Bar strength,
I was keeping the front softer and rear stiffer due to the weight distribution.

Will run it tonight and leave a rating!!

Hi Mitch,
if I had to make a wish, it would be the x-bow street. It suits all three a-spec-events and it´s also an ultimate car for many other trials and races. After testing several different tunes, your tune would be interesting.
Thanks and greetings
Sven.
