Cloth or leather? Automatic or stickshift?

Here I come, back on topic...

Anyhow, I think it depends on what kind of car you have. Now, I'm no dummy and I do know the forum I'm at... so I'm assuming we're talking sport cars. In which case, you should have a manual transmission. Cases such as masonholmes are an exception.

Any other car, like a Buick or something like that... you might as well go with the auto. But, that's just my (humble) opinion.

As for leather of cloth? I'm kind of on a line. I like leather a lot, it's easy to clean and it looks sweet. Summer time it's hot and winter time it's cold. I don't care if you have seat warmers, those puppies are definitely not instantly warm either.

Cloth on the other hand does have a less "slippery" feel to it, and is cheaper. But, if you spill something bad on it, you can be screwed. I'm really at a split decision for leather or cloth.

I think I'd just say cloth...

even a BMW has sufficient bolstering to be clad in leather and you can get away with leather in Toronto summers ......it still gets toasty though ......it would be a pain though, the closer to the equator you are but i kind of like getting in a car in the summer .....it's like an oven ......my friends think i'm insane though :sun:

Yeah...I dunno. I like leather...just can't be bothered with it. Mostly because I'm not in a position to afford a car with it. :P

Still, cloth is comfortable and "grippy". If I weren't such a slob, I'd really be set. :D
