hahaha very true about GT5 roof/hood cam. It seems the Premium cars have more of a Hood cam, and the Standard cars have the roof cam.

As for Shift 2, i like the idea of the Headtracking Cam (can see the inside padding of the helmet), but it can be distracting. The normal interior (non-headtracking) view is my favorite, followed by Hood cam. I'm on PC. 👍

I prefer the cockpit helmet camera view and absolutely no HUD. I believe it immerses you a bit more, just like the S2U guys do below....

I love the cockpit view in shift 2 thats why i purchased the game. Very natural, can see the whole road. It';s totally awesome

I love the idea of the helmet came but I can't drive fro crap like that..lol

I have not tried the cockpit view, I've been racing in the hood view .

Me too. I'll switch to the cockpit when I'm out front, but If I need to drive aggressive I go to the hood cam every time.
