I put my Gamestop code in through the GT Store and it worked finally!

OK guys I was having the same issue. I'm in the us and this is what I just did and it worked out fine. You need to enter the code through the GT6 game. So start the game do the silly first race. When you get to the screen that prompts you to go to the dealership dont. scroll over to the left to the GT store and enter. You will see the sad pricing for credits to the right. They will look like credit cards... If you look to the to the left you see a input code tab. This is where you want to add in your code.

After an update of the PS3 system software, it's also working off the account management icon in the XMB.

Exit the game, and then come back. They should appear!

Can say mine worked. Cars, Driver Suit, and Paint chips everything is there for me.
