I have received a email that states that I've breached the PlayStation Network Code of Conduct. I'm not sure why I got this email. All of my design/logos are not offensive or have any bad language. So why would I get this email from Playstation?

Are you sure it's connected to Gran Turismo 7?

PlayStation Network moderation is opaque, but in essence - while there's plenty of ways to inadvertently trigger it - most people know for the most part what it was they actually did, even if the PlayStation moderation team doesn't ever tell you.

It may well be the case that it's nothing to do with designs or logos, but that you've said something to someone in a pre-/post-race lobby that they've reported. Never argue with idiots in lobby chat.

Here's the PlayStation Community Code of Conduct, for your perusal:

So why would I get this email from Playstation?

Someone reported you (doesn’t matter if valid or not), or one of your voice chats were flagged by the system (yes it records and monitors voice chat searching for TOS violations). And this is across all PlayStation devices not just GT7 use, so if you don’t know why we certainly have no way of knowing.

I don’t know. Probably got reported for no reason and it automatically spits it out. Maybe you won a race and the host didn’t like that. Maybe you cut somebody off. Maybe somebody was talking trash to you and you didn’t do anything so they reported you. Maybe somebody thought you were cheating. Sometimes this automatic stuff gets out of hand. They can’t possibly have a team of people reviewing each report.

I recently found on social media. Those spam posts and spam comments, I report for child pornography, they disappear almost immediately after reporting three times. Doesn’t take log. I get sick of that stuff.

Report it for spam, they probably don’t care and it’s all automatic, report it for something as horrible as child pornography, I think it puts those spam posts and spam comments in front of human reviewers.

PSN moderation is entirely human.
They can’t possibly have a team of people reviewing each report.
But they do. We actually got one reversed a few years ago as the human moderator had seen "KKK" in a decal and suspended the user... but it was in a KKK Turbolader logo (like the one already on the Porsche 962C in the game), so in context for the game and not racism.

It's also worth noting per your advice that abusing the report system by reporting non-qualifying content too many times will result in a suspension.

Well I’ve do

Well I’ve be doing it for awhile now. Recently, I meant the past year. Maybe I just don’t see a lot of spam, but I do spam the report button on that stuff.

By what metric?

Virtually anything can be viewed as offensive. You always have to be very careful when replying to anyone with anything other than the preset phrases.

Or you've got a Dewalt livery.
I don't have any DeWalt liveries and all I comment is usually things like "Nice work" "Good livery" Stuff like that.
