No, because we're not Gran Turismo or PlayStation support.

However I would check your Garage/Gifts section - on the account you used to purchase the credits - for a 750,000cr ticket.

Also, don't buy credits. Money is much easier to come by in GT7 now; you can earn 2m a week for a couple of minutes doing a time trial if you're quick enough (and most players should be in the silver region for 1m a week).

Make sure you're playing the game on the same account you used to purchase the credits; check the receipt for the PSN ID used.

Except it should be white and have the phrase "750,000cr" on it.

Edit: Actually, I've got little recollection of how this functions, but I do recall having the pre-order credits - which class as "paid credits" - added automatically. So check here:
