Besides Bugatti and Hyundai VGT, according to the latest trailer and latest leak, we will get:

- Mercedes AMG GT
- Mazda Roadster '16
- Audi R8 LMS GT3 '15
- Aston Martin Vantage GT3
- Lamborghini Veneno
- Alfa Romeo 4C

List of cars that confirned in the game engine but still in doubt in GTS:
- Toyota S-FR

Possibly more and possibly new trailer will come. Discuss.

NOTE: This thread is to discuss what is confirmed. If you want a wishlist, please check out the GT Suggestions subforum. Dont post here for that.

No rumoured cars. Even if PD recorded said car it still not guaranteed to be in game and might be misleading.

We can only speculate for all the cars that were included in the old footage at the start of the trailer. However, I'm intrigued by how they showed a handful of vintage rally cars.

Cars I saw

Alfa Romeo 4C
Audi R8 LMS
Aston Martin V12 Vantage GT3
Bugatti VGT
Hyundai VGT
Lamborghini Veneno
Mazda MX-5 ND
Mercedes-AMG GT

I also see the following cars:
Audi R18 TDi Race Car '11 (from GT6);
Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3 (From GT6);
Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo;
Mazda LM55 Vision Gran Turismo (From GT6);
Audi R8 GT3 N24 '15

Doh, sorry, I read the title as confirmed car list for GT Sport, missed that it is only for the new cars. My bad!

Are we assuming the cars in the historic racing clips at the start won't figure in the game? Seemed a slightly random selection, particularly as it included a certain German marques usually conspicuous by their absence in the franchise. And a DS!

Well, it didn't look at all like it was in game so I'm geussing not.

I probably better to ask this in here. Anyone think that all the cars shown in the historic footage in that trailer might be included (yes I know it's unlikely)?

Could be possible, just not in Gran Turismo Sport ;)

While the list is so short it may be a good idea to make it alphabetical so it can then be split by manufacturer in the coming months.

I am a big fan of the Audi R8 LMS GT3 2015. I almost passed out when the Toyota TS040-HYBRID flew by but 0.01s later it clicked it was real footage.

Does that mean GT6 isn't getting the VGT's of Bugatti and Hyundai? How about the others as well? There are still about 10 more manufacturers left to bring out their VGT cars.

They could still be adding them to GT6. GTS doesn't go into Public Beta until 2016 so any scheduled VGT cars until then will go onto GT6 as well.

PD included vintage racing footage in GT2's intro. The vast majority of the cars shown weren't in the game.

People are so quick to try to wedge Porsche into the car list through any number of mental gymnastics, but until they're spied in-game, there's nothing there.

I guess the reason I asked was because we've heard about Bugatti and Hyundai VGT's for about a month and they haven't been put in yet. There haven't been any updates or maintenance to slow down the arrival of these cars or any other VGT's for a while now. I know this thread isn't for this purpose but I just didn't like seeing Sony showing the Bugatti in their video for the GT Sport. It makes it seem like they're showing it specifically for GT Sport.

This is probably the best thread to post this.
Here are the screenshots from the trailer.

[EDIT]:I edited the pictures a bit, now they look sharper and more vivid.

I wasn't quickly wedging them in anywhere, I just thought of all the marques they could choose in about 60 seconds, that particular one seemed unusual. To reiterate what I said before. No "mental gymnastics" were involved, whatever the hell that means.

Its not really "Unusual", of all manufacturers you could say that Porsche has had one of the biggest impacts on Motorsports in the past 100 years, I believe that is why they were showcased.

Yes it was, when you consider the other marques in that clip (only Renault, Citroen, Audi, Chevrolet and Alpine stood out to me, other than Porsche) and the fact that Porsche being tied in for however long to EA makes their inclusion in that brief clip kinda strange. I should say yet again, I just thought it odd, not proof of Porsche's inclusion in GT7, sheesh, just unusual is all.
