Back on topic, I've found plenty of realistic hacks/mods on Nurburgring free roams. I had a good run around with two other folks driving V8-swapped Miatas, a guy who threw a V12 into his S13 (URAS S13 much?), and went for a joyride in my Leaf-powered i-MiEV with another guy who was running a Tesla-swapped Leaf. You just need to find the right lobby. That's my only advice. 👍

I posted a time using a hack in a hacked cars thread. One I haven't even big up aside from a post up. I don't see the Big Deal, but WOW let me grab some popcorn for this.

Funny because I'm hosting a 100% assist free Sport Medium Tuner Challenge, I invite you guys to come take part and Bring your Uber GTAcademy virtual Skillzzz... lol I swear its exactly what I expected not one gonna really make it in that Geek Fest, Ive been on the track on my own time and dime buddy, I OWN a motor swapped car, I dont just fantisize about them... I might of used SSR Tires on that Hacked Car Run, But at least I done it with ALL the Driving Assist Turned off, to talk smack to others because you run a more difficult tire is BS when your still running Driver assist LMFAO... Its also Interesting that at 700 plus PP the guys racing here on this board would of been running Racing Series tires for Hot Laps as they do with the cars they drive at that PP level... What exactly is the big deal?? Oh right, lolololol

Since this has spiraled off topic, here are some cars of my own:

This 86GT has the engine from an LFA. It sounds good and goes well, but I don't think the stock chassis can handle the power. Anyone have ideas that fit well?

I'm in love with this car right now. I changed it from an FF to an FR using the S2000 '06 drivetrain. It also has the engine and gearbox from the 1992 NSX Type R. Its not the quickest around, but it drives nicely.

Stick in the power plant in off a Spec-C or 22b For possibly a better power balance.

Try the chassis from the Scoobie version of the FT86. The 86 was more tail happy drift in mind where Subaru went more composed corner carver. Possibly this is reflected in the chassis.

Kay so with a bit of free time on my hands I figured why not take out the RX-7 for some Sports Soft Laps

I ran 2 back to back 10 lap sessions averaging 1:30.XXX per lap. Fast laps in the 1:29.XXX often.

Only Hack on car are the engine swap and RE chassis, all other parts stock to the car but fully upgraded.

The suspension s very well dialed in for my driving style, made the Sport Soft laps easy to keep clean, even at 701PP, with no ABS helping me drive. The tune is on point to say the least, drives better on Sport Soft tires than R Series SSR tires as you can see from the lap time, not as fast as expected but not far off either...

I even lost a few tenths getting into the gas a little too hard in the last corner before the bank. I think I'm alright for the amount of time I have to play video games...

My latest creation is a classic Fiat 500 running a Ferrari Dino V6 engine. Now before anyone says 'there isn't a Ferrari Dino in GT5', the Lancia Stratos uses the Dino V6.

I did some research on the internet and came across a mid-engined Alfa Romeo V6 powered 500 and thought I could go one better with the Dino unit.

It's a fun car to drive, but I'll need to tune the suspension as the new layout has made it unstable in the bends.

I'm working on my second hybrid car, or let's say, my first project. My first car was just a test (X1 in a 500F), my second one will be the baby Benz, the standard A160. Let's make it into an A160 AMG by making the car rear wheel driven by swapping the drivetrain (maybe someone has an idea about what car could do the job for me) and a true hunting beast of an engine, let's say an SLR McLaren? Will put pics online as soon as I'm done.

I went with the Ford 427 OMG the sound

The next up was a Car that probably needed hybriding more than most.

The IROC-Z Camaro

The weak engine in this thing is pitiful, gone in the trash, replaced with a Carb L89 out of the 63 Corvette racecar. Nasty Sound and tire shredding power. Finally this car is worth taking out for a drive..
