Well, it's actually pretty simple.
It's copyrighted material of course, so you aren't allowed to sell it or use it in another commercial way
(using it as advertisement for other work etc.).
If you make them for you personally and maybe some friends, it shouldn't matter.
What you could do (since normal contact ways don't work...), is to tweet some pics to Yamauchi, Yoshida and other Sony peeps. You still wouldn't be allowed to sell them, but maybe they like it and encourage you to do more of this stuff for personal use. Then you would know if you get in trouble or not.
