Ahh it was specifically the turbocharging that had caught my interest; V12 LMR was an naturally aspirated petrol V12, plenty of those around in the history books, some better than others.

weird how BMW didn't put a diesel in the car because BMW makes pretty good diesels.

@Izzyracer97 it was in fact that same engine that originally appeared in the McLaren F1 and won Le Mans in 95. A good half a decade before anyone was even considering getting diesel engines back into top level motorsport.

Think this going to be a close race in LMP here, aboe looked pretty hooked up in the Oreca in the pre-season test and the C60 is pretty good in race trim, and Glen is pretty fast too. 👍

I'm being serious here I think it's going to be close in LMP, not just in Lobby 1, but in Lobby 2 and once the results are combined. Last season the top 2 were separated by less than a tenth after 2 hours. I think it's going to be down to the wire in both lobbies, though Zovo did PM me with a quick new setting to try.

I think it is going to be a great race this weekend. Daytona is one of my favorite tracks. It has a good flow to it if you find a good line and stick with it.👍

My C60 felt kinda sluggish at first... Had to make come tweaks.

So, if I can run 32-34s consistently am I in good shape, or do I need to make more tweaks?

More tweaks. Some of the guys were running post-pitstop times of around the mid 31's 👍

Haven't driven Corvette round Daytona before update so can't comment on that my WGTC car seems the same though

Feels good for now. Accomplished impossible and broke 1:41 barrier. Sub 1:40's would be amazing

I was in 30s with pit stop glitch with some 29s last time I tested, not sure how that matches up though I'm sure I recall doing 28s at some point
