I am still missing a lot of incident reports from both lobbies, If you don't get incident reports to me and i find something that you car is involved in i will steward you a lot more harshly for it.... stewarding takes a good few hours to do but is dramatically shortened by these reports so please get them to me asap after every race!!!!!!

CCR lmp will be relinquishing our contract with Audi and moving to a Bentley speed 8 for the remaining season
really? I'm NOT in charge of the series but isn't there a rule that you have to keep your car the whole season?

all my incidents only involved myself and a wall

I've always maintained that with LMP there is the choice to switch if your really not getting along with your car, what i don't want is people switching cars every race

I don't know what to call this but I spun out in turn one and then a GTE car behind me completely over shot the corner and rammed into me, would that be unavoidable contact or avoidable? Sorry I don't have any pics of the incident.

all incident reports should be sent via PM to myself and should include the lap and as much information from your side as possible

Guys, sorry but I am going to have to withdraw from the series. I am in the middle of my 'post N24' Gran Turismo burnout' stage and my heart just isn't in it enough for the practice and commitment required to race in a top series like this.

I shall return after the summer as my real life commitments calm down a bit as things start to gear up for next years N24. I've informed Cobani offline and he understands. TMBO will be looking for a replacement driver or a string of reserves in the meantime.

I'm sure aboe would have loved to take your seat as he's GT guy but he just withdrew, I'll post a status and see if anything happens.

well then it looks like ARNA is all alone in the Audi but I'm not too worried we show good speed but need to work on our consistancy throughout the race. I believe willow will be to our advantage since most of the tracck will be wide open racing.

In the sake of realism I say the AAR team is happy we have an open-top car because in the desert; it gets HOT. Feel that cool breeze as you overtake GTE traffic. :sly:

Here is the results of round 2
Race 1

Lap 10 – Glen-alz-81 – Davidb_165 – Racing incident
Verdict: NFA
A simple case of lag, annoying for all parties but nothing anyone could have done to avoid the resulting lag bash into the first horse shoe.

Lap 26 – Glen-alz-81 – Davidb_165 – Racing incident
Verdict: NFA
Not sure if it was just for the two drivers or more but again another huge lag spike from both cars causing a large amount of damage but again network issue and nothing the drivers could do about it either way.

Lap 32 – Chozza_32 – Niko – Avoidable contact
Verdict: 60 secs
It is very clear that Niko is holding his line coming up to the bus stop, but since you are trying to gain that little bit extra in slip stream you stay behind him coming into the braking zone of the bus stop, since you do not move over to take the racing line niko begins to move over as you have made it clear that you are not going to until the last moment, at that point niko sees you moving over and tries to avoid the collision by moving off his rightful line to get out the way. In the future it is best to first of all look at your own driving before ranting at someone else’s.

Lap 32 – Chozza_32 – Niko – Avoidable contact
Verdict: 60 secs
It is understandable that you are frustrated with the accident that has just happened, but using your car as a battering ram is not accepted in the WEC at all, if you are caught acting this way again you will be disqualified from the race.

Lap 39 – Widfo – Memto89 – Racing incident
Verdict: NFA
Just a lag incident.

Race 2

Warmup Lap – Zovo – Note
Please wait until you are closer to the start line before going, you start was slightly premature and people were caught out causing a few issues behind.

Lap 3 – Jonnyb1990 – XnfsfreakX – Racing incident
Verdict: NFA
Jonny brakes and clips the rear of freak, causing a light damage, but since no time was lost and both cars carry on past the pits it is a clear case of no harm no done.

Lap 3 – Memto89 – Fortbo – Accident
Verdict: NFA
watching his other laps Fortbo does do a big lift and a dab of the brakes through there consistently, on lap 3 it is harder and earlier in the corner than his usual. Memto89 didnt leave a very big gap. Since both parties could have done something different that would have avoided the accident, but neither was directly responsible

Lap 9 – XnfsfreakX – Fortbo – Racing incident
Verdict: NFA
Both of you have single crashes into turn one and it just happened to be that both of you were in the same place at the same time having the sam spin that caused the two of you to come together.

Lap 13 – Fortbo – Driving standards
Verdict: Warning
At no point should you park on the track, if you are going to pull off and park it should be in the pits. It is very distracting for your fellow racers as they are trying to figure out if it is a car stopped in the road etc.

Lap 58 – Memto89 – Adrianhettich – Avoidable contact
Verdict: 60 secs
Came into braking area, steering snapped and collision caused.

Lap 62 – Adrianettich – Redbullrider20 – Racing incident
Verdict: NFA
A spinning Adrian caused a lag spike that takes off redbull, nothing but network related issues.

I might wanna reduce the revs a tad here...don't wanna overstress the engine.
It's not F1 Nin, but you give me an excuse to ask - how horrible do the F1 cars sound this year? It's like they are racing 1.6 diesels with janspeed exhausts but it is good to hear tyres screeching with lock ups and the crowds.

they sound like actual cars now @ZovoVanBasten

and memto pleasego back to the way you did the finishing order at indybecause this way make no sense

also just noticed something wrong with Daytona on GT5 and 6 in both if you look at the track map we take the second exit in the bus stop when we should be taking the 1st. it's not really noticeable until you compare what you see on track in the bus stop there is a piece of paved track in the middle of the section (that is the turn we should be taking). on the map in memto's post it clearly shows the track line comes out of the first exit.

F1 too technological? ^^ some complain they aren't at the forefront of development anymore and some that they should be more like old cars. :P I really like the new sounds, but the mix definitely had the engine sounds too low on the telly.

The lower the times the better as it is the fastest you complete the race. However if you have less laps then it makes no difference as you completed less distance.
