If your outside rear is heating up on exit, you need to lower the acceleration setting in the diff.
Thanks, that's what I thought, but even with the acceleration at only a few clicks it still happens to some degree. I wondered if the damper and camber settings were playing a part too?

probably stiffen your front damper extension and rear compression to slow down the weight transfer from the front to rear. or you just put too much weight in the rear for the suspension to cope efficiently

Thanks. I'll try that, and yes, I did add the ballast I had to have towards the rear so you could be right.
 
Thanks for the setup advice. Evil handling is gone. I adjusted the shocks as advised and moved the ballast forward a bit.

I think I know what all the settings do but I get caught out when something is out of whack and it stops the settings behaving the way I think they should.

Pilofino, your comment that I may have had too much weight in the rear for the suspension to handle is something that would never have come out of my mouth because I just don't have that level of understanding.

There are a few things to point out.

1. Since there was no indication from the 2nd 908 team I have granted the move for ICR from the Audi to the 908

2. In LMP there is now 1 Bentley and 2 Audi's left

3. In GTE there is 1 Mclaren, 1 BMW and 1 Mazda. Teams that can still make a move are (in Order) MDR (@David Brooks @FreakFromADR) BMW (
4. If any of the reserve drivers want to fill the spots that need filling in full time cars then please say so​

5. @Cobani Are you able to confirm that you are still with us?


As Per the premature overhaul, Please make sure you have all read and understand the rules



and since I don't get to say my piece much I'm going to say this now, the teams that have left were in my opinion rude and disrespectful in every sense of the word. I do not come into their lives and give them my opinion on how they should be living better etc which is what they did here, I personally don't find this in any way amusing and for the people that know me well they also know that I really don't care. I run this series to the highest standard so that everyone can enjoy good clean racing with hard fair rules that EVERYONE has to follow and since some people were a little to foolish to understand that fact. So I shall not be shedding a tear for them leaving and welcome all the people who are still here to a much cleaner and more professional WEC.

This Issue is now closed and I really do not want to hear anything else about it.

and if anyone has an issue from now I'm I'm just going to say this....






NOW LETS GET RACING!!!!!

ICR is pleased to be driving the 908!

Can we use the base model, or do we have to use one of the liveried ones?
