It shouldn't be an issue if you're 1-3PP under, but I can't think of anything that could cause it.

Oil changes gain an extra 1 or 2 PP than what is on the Cars graphic which will explain why you cant get the right PP, Weight and HP. I'll fix the graphic up to reflect this right away and get NW to update it in the thread tomorrow.
