Could false advertising lead to lawsuits?

Seems Sony is covering their booty hole and adding car selling :)
I for one will not be selling any cars unless it's on an "auction house " format like in Forza Motorsport 4. I doubt that will ever happen though due the hacking tendancies it brings. I will be selling back some of the parts though as they seem not to fit any purpose.

As many folks already suspected. And not just the selling part. They've also added compensation in the form of credits and are changing the economy. Seems like a quick review bomb is more effective than a lawsuit that will never happen.

I wasn't around for FM4, was it different than what's there today in FM7 and FH5?

Very much the same, although with FM4 the hype around the auction house was much much bigger and the max buyout price was sky high at 999 999 999 Cr. for one car. I remember buying a few cars for 20 000 Cr. each, put a fantasy paint on them and stick them in the auctionhouse for 20 000 000 Cr for 24 hours with a max buyout 999 999 999 Cr. Next morning all would be sold for the max buyout by players who benefitted from hackers hacking the credits. Selling prices were capped later on to counter the hacking.

999 999 999 Cr. cap for Forza credits is pure ecstasy, I remember when I had my XBOX 360, I used a bug on Forza Motorsport 2 and bang, I had 999 999 999 Cr. ... :sly:

This is my fav Forza till date, even though I know Forza 3 and 4 are better, I still love this one.

Never new that one, must have missed it in the hype. They were good old days. Later on we've learned to bank the sold cars, so at any given time you had like 20 to 50 cars on which you could each cash in 999 9999 999 Cr.
