Couple 380RS Questions

Hey guys i just have a couple questions regarding the Amuse 380rs Super Leggera: first one - is it used often in competitions and can it compete with the pro cars? The drivetrain is FR so it was pretty easy for me to set it up right and i kept switching torque to see how it responded on the turns and it rarely spun out even if i had torque set up to a bit higher. The suspension also turned out alright and I managed to find the right weight balance, but I think it could do better because it has to go kind of slow of turns to make them, is there any solid tunes out for it?

And an easy question, i want to make it look like DK's 350z from Tokyo Drift but i'm not sure which paint job it is, it looks like matte black or gray to me but i don't have these colors. A helping hand would be appreciated guys.
 
Yeah, if tuned right it should be able to compete with other cars, but I haven't seen this car in a competition, ever.

Why do you want it to look like a car from tokyo drift? That movie is such a false representation of the drifting culture in japan :D

That's what i'm worried about, all i see in competitions are Silvias and Vipers etc. I like the 380 a lot though so i'm going to wing it. And i don't care if the representation of the drift culture was false or not, i like DK's car lol.

It's always good to be different though, keep fine tuning it until you can comfortably tandem with a variety of other drivers.

All I can say about it looking like "DK"'s car is get the paint pack, the GT-Japanese-001 is like a matte dark gray.

It's obviously never gonna look quite like the car in that movie though because we're very limited when it comes to visual mods.

Yeah i know even if we weren't limited i wouldn't go that crazy. It's just that the color makes it look slick as hell. And I have that pack, thanks.

And yeah, i strive for being different. ;)
 
I have a Super Legera tuned for drifting, but i use it very rarely. I can´t say that my tune can gather the best of this car.

About the collor, if you´re looking for easy matt black chips, go to the Lexus and buy one (or dozen of) LFA.

Some of the cars look ridiculous but at least they had modifying which could actually be called a "body kit". If you want to go for the modded look then you should also look at the Spoon cars.

Only Spoons i've seen in the UCD is the S2k and of course the CR-Z in the dealership, what else are there?

And damn guys, if you dont use the 380RS for drifting or say it can't hang with the big boys you got another thing coming. I was keeping up with this crazy ass Japanese guy in an S13 inTsukuba door to door for 5-6 laps, i guess i tuned it right. Drifting is amazing in this game, it had my heart racing through every turn...

Yeah, you should try the Mugen S2K '00, mine can keep up with anything short of bmw's and vette's :)

Oh and... S13's aren't considered "fast", most cars can keep up with them, even hachi-roku's :D

His wasn't just a regular S13 though, it was a racing version. And i'm not a big fan of the s2k.
 
No I could tell by the headlights and just overall shape, his was an older Silvia maybe PS13? Ehh, i don't really follow Silvias and can't remember the name.

Trust me, there are no race modified S13's in this game, you must be confusing it with this;
