It's been a while since I have seen Bullitt. I had the chase scene saved on my old computer.

It's strange. I have spent so much time basically obsessing with wanting to be fast enough to power shift. Now that it is somewhat out of my system I really don't have the inclination to abuse the cars like that now. That is not to say I won't do it when actually racing the car, but on the street it just isn't necessary.

Makes sense. It's a good way to ensure that the car will last you a long time.

Does the transmission in your Mustang whine at all? I don't expect it would whine anything like an M22, but I am curious if it has any detectable whine. When I went back to Colorado a few months ago I rode in my moms Scion I think it is. In low gear even that thing had a bit of a whine to it.
