I might have joined the wrong club.
Last week we had the insane Lotus and this week we have the TOTALLY insane Yellowbird. You guys like pain? LOL.In all seriousness, I'm still coming to grasps with AC physics and tuning options. Sadly, never got into Project Cars. It's all so new. I can adjust the boost? Well that's new. Tire pressures? Heck yeah! I have no idea what to do or where to start. So I'm running these in basic default settings.
I must have tried the Lotus 70-75 times and never once ran a green lap. I put in about 20 yesterday in the Yellowbird and managed 1 clean lap. That was after I tuned the boost to 10%
All of that for just wanting to say this. Great job guys getting these cars around the tracks. Nowhere for me to go but up. I DID join the right club.

Hey there @Boston77 i are also new here and yes it seems the guys like the pain and i don't blame them, i am loving the pain too.
I would suggest you worry less about the tuning, heck i don't even understand the brake bias thing in this game, as much as i did in Pcars, maybe that's just me being lazy.
with regards to the Yellowbird try to run at 10% boost for a couple of laps and then gradually increase the boost while maintaining the same momentum, nothing fancy. See @HammyMansell he makes us all look like we are scared to step on the gas, but that's all it is having fun and seeing others having as much fun.

@SpaceBreed I do not use the mod because I don't like too hard of a pedal, have never tried to use it. Always thought it would be too hard for my little twig! I also tried the Bodin brake mod, really cool but too hard for me.
I also use a squishy ball and different types of foams that come as packing matarials in boxes.

My brake mod came in a plastic bag inside a plastic bag with bolts for playseat mounting so you might have it somewhere. I've heard some people got pedals already fitted with the mod.

Been on to these guys about importing to Australia. They seem smooth with a great range, and the wheel and pedals move with you, which I've been looking for. Great value too, just hope they are reliable enough to run commercially.

G'day guys, keen on getting into some TT on AC. Will have a crack shortly, soon as I find the regulation post to get the settings leveled up. PSN - kembro45. Sorry for the double post. ABS was on, no TC. First run, more in it if I can keep it on the black top. Slidey frustrating fun though.

Cheers, my ambition is way ahead of my talent though. What's the regulations that you guys run in the TT's? Is tuning allowed or is it stock tuning? TCS? ABS? Tyre and Fuel on or off? Looking forward to learning from the aliens among you. Are pics of time boards ok or prefer videos? Any guidance appreciated.

Here's one you will buzz off Did the Red bull 5G ESL thing on pCARS the other day, in the race i was well ahead and my TV started counting down in eco mode, grabbed the remote but nothing TV switched off had to pull over 🤬 about with the batteries, finally got it on and i was last 20 secs down 6 laps left so hammered it to try for 4th, got down to 4 secs off 4th with 2 laps to go and blown engine
