CRAP DiRT Rally Club [PS4] Racenet League Events live

You don't celebrate together?

We don't have anyone to watch our kids so I'm not going out tonight. Her bday was on the 10th, not today. Only her and her sister and a few other friends drinking to get drunk so I donT miss anything đź‘Ť I'll just laugh at her when she comes home and get sick

I'm having major problems trying to set up the next season. The Dirt Rally website keeps crashing which is frustrating as it takes me over half an hour to input all the settings for a full season. This has happened to me 4 times now, that's over 2 hrs of my life wasted trying to set it up!
I may have to set it up an event at a time!

How would you set it up? Might mean I'm out next season :( I don't mind you doing that tho for those available to drive every day

Each event would still last a week just like we do at present, all it means is I set them up a week at a time instead of all in one go. You wouldn't notice any difference to the way it runs now.

I misunderstood. I thought 1 stage per event. It's late here...

Ok, the Dirt Rally leagues website still refuses to allow me to enter all 6 events in one go. I have successfully managed to set the first event so we will go from there, I may have to set them up one at a time. If that is the case the running order will be as follows,

28/03 - 03/04 Monaco this event is already set up
04/04 - 10/04 Finland
11/04 - 17/04 Greece
18/04 - 24/04 Germany
25/04 - 01/05 Wales
02/05 - 08/05 Sweden

This schedule will bring us to a month before Dirt 4 is due to be released and so I'm going to say this will be the last full season I set up. Around this time will be very busy for me on the farm too so I wouldn't have much time for results anyway.
It will be interesting to see how easy it is to run this sort of thing in Dirt 4, if its simple enough I will try to begin setting things up within a month of the game being released. Fingers crossed.

The dust has settled from Rally Greece and the results are in!

A big well-done to rein8684 and JucasGT5 for tying at the top of the championship tables, unfortunately, there can only be one winner and it goes to rein8684 by virtue of his higher score in the first round Rally Germany.

Thank you to all the other participants this season, it's made it a very interesting challenge. I have been well impressed by the number of people that took part as the RWD class of car didn't seem that popular at the start of the season. How wrong this proved as this has been the most competitive season so far. Once again thank you to you all for making this so much fun.

Without further a do here are the final results.

I feel sad that i discovered this league when i was already on the process of being burned out on the game.

Can't really play Dirt Rally anymore, the lack of events killed me. The gameplay itselft is world class, but this issue made me stop enjoying it. It doesnt feel like a rally game when some people have the tracks memorized and others dont.

See you guys on Dirt 4!

Sorry to see you go, but I understand why. Hope to see you again when Dirt 4 arrives.

Chin up mate, it's the taking part not the winning. Look at me right down the table in my Lancia Stratos,i was going to practice the courses but could not be bothered, still enjoyed chasing people around me on the leader board.

It's not really about winning or losing tbh. I'm not playing the game anymore at all, just really burned out.

I enjoy the challenge, we have very fast drivers here, no doubt. But i just dont enjoy it like i did a couple of months ago.

I'm finally back here. After my break in the dissapointing RWD season I'm so focussed on doing a really good season with a car, what definetely fits better to me. And I had a good start (for the times that are set so far). Except small mistakes I really enjoyed the drive and the car and from the very beginning I had a good rythm. If it'll be a Top 6 result I'd be satisfied.
I love the modern cars. (and Group B 4WD as well) :D

Good to see you back on the time sheets :). I managed to get close to you by the end but not close enough. :P:tup:

How much fun is the Impreza to drive! Glad I chose this car for the season, I hadn't used it upto now. I decided I would do the whole rally with no practicing of stages and it worked out well despite the best efforts of a certain left 1 short that caught me out twice :lol:
Here is my run through the power stage.

Finally, a car that I like!

No more slipping and sliding around in RWD drive cars, no more midtable finishes in rallies, it's time to show my true colours on Dirt Rally.......

....I slid off on Stage 2 at 20mph into a ditch and had to retire.
Still plenty of time to show your true colours đź‘Ť:lol:
