The Remote races seem to allocate cars randomly, regardless of Bob level. I've seen the top level Bob in a race get given the best car and the worst (mine) getting a very rough deal in the Remote races...and starting in last place too.

That's all those races are, earning cash and levelling Bobs up.

Plus its something to do when you're slacking off at work!

But yeah, from all the remote races I've done, it all depends on what car your driver gets, it doesn't seem to matter what their level/xp is. In the Monza event (all Ferrari's) whatever bob(s) get the Enzo, even if they start last, will finish 1st, regardless of what level they're at....

Hey, got a little idea, fancy doing something else whilst we're racing?

Saw a thread (which i've been totally ignored in btw) about sending a car around the World. Interested doing something similar for all us C.R.A.P drivers?

If its cool, we could start anther thread, with a poll for what model is used?

The car could also be used for racing, if you are in possession of it at the time?

Sorry if this sounds a bit like im rambling... i've hardly slept the past 3 days

I'm a fan of the idea, so I'd take part. The only way it would work is if everyone wanted it too, as you saw from the other thread you mentioned, that one just fell apart.

I'm trying to get into the (currently empty) casual racing room, but get an error saying the initial settings of this private room haven't been setyet and only the host can do this. Has anyone else managed to get in, or am I the first to try? In that case perhaps the lounge needs to be started from the dummy account for its first run?

edit: I'll put up a lounge of my own for now in case anyone else wants to race, I want to test some cars anyway.

Heathenpride needs to load up all accounts with GT5 and go to lounge settings and set the lobbies so that people can join. If this is not done members wont be able to join the Lounges.

I second that 👍 thanks mate. I'll run some more of these remote races tonight. Thanks to all who've run my Bobs too as its helped me get from lv20 to Lv27 in just a few days !!!

Alright gents...I'm back. Just finished up the nightmare that is my work week , looking forward to some C.R.A.P racing for the next three days til I have to go back to that hell hole. Just a few things to take care of, dinner, trick-or-treating with the kids, get them off to bed, then catch up on some shows with the wifey(House and Dexter for my North American folks), and I should be ready for a couple cold High Life's and Online Racing at it's finest. Hope some of you will be around in a bit .

I'm usually on daily. I hop in the Lounges if I'm asked haha, but I usually join others racing in there already.
