GT3 @ Watkins Glen GP

Max 3 cars of each brand.

The race will be 90 mins with real tyre wear. The weather is clean for qualifying but the rain will have a talk at the race.
Full damage
Aids: ABS and TC available.
The qualifying will be at night time and the race will start at night and finishing at day time so be careful with the temperatures.
Lobby open at 6:30pm for early practice then at 7:30 there will be 30 minutes of practice and the 15 minutes of qualifying should start at 8 GMT.

The 2 race serise, sprint and feature race will be starting hopefully in 2 or 3 weeks time.

The page details will be changing (bmw page) to give details of the new series soon.

Dam, Going to miss it. Going out Sat. Gt and Watkins are favourites of mine as well. Maybe if I make it back I watch through a stream as I probably wont be in a fit state to race. lol
Hope to do an endure Sunday. Had my first drive on the Scotland track. Loved it. Maybe GT's/ Scotland track/ Enduro if anyone fancies it?

In developing Pcars for console SMS were given a limit of a certain amount of data tables in the game based on the huge amount of track and car combinations. That meant they were unable to give us best times for all cars at all tracks. They debated it for ages and what we ended up with in leaderboards was the best way they could cut it for consoles. On PC only they have best times per car per track. Blame Sony.

However if you want to keep your own personal best times make sure you always use the pCARS Dash app (either on Android, PC or iOS) when the game is on. It records ALL best times per car, per track. You can then export that data to the clipboard and paste it into a spreadsheet. Be aware though that it is all driving modes so would include in races and practice modes where you have the potential of extra speed from getting a draft and less invalidated laps than in time trial mode. It's great though. I've got a spreadsheet going since CJ implemented that feature. I'll see if I can post a link.

This series is open to anyone affiliated to CRAP, this is because we have incredibly close clean racing which is key when running a series, if you don't know about CRAP please visit the link below!

The main reason for setting up this series is to have fun with a little bit of friendly competition which is why we are including a points system. The series consists of 6 races which will be listed below BUT no one (including myself and ACEKILLER15) won't know what track or weather we will be racing until the morning of the race. We want this to try and combat people practising through the week and getting a perfect setup/gaining any advantage over anyone else. The weather will be set to the current conditions at the track on the day.

If you do have a nice setup please share it with the group to keep the racing as competitive as possible.

Please familiarise yourselves with the CRAP commandments and try to drive as clean as possible.

Reset to track is not allowed.

10 minute Qualifying
15 minute Race

30 minute race with a forced pit stop
5 minute warm up

Weather - Set on the current conditions

Track limits are set by Project cars to keep it fair for everyone but any major corner cutting will impact on your series points.

Room set to private, if you want to invite someone who doesn't normally race with us let me or Acekiler15 know.
