Great race last night in the IndyCars at Dubai International over 10 laps. Great fight with @ty2 ace and @DIOGOPINTO121 Diogo throughtout!

It's a pre-recording. If you view my videos you'll notice it does the same on my video.
Basically Project CARS "Mimics" the way the wheel was turned when doing it live in the race. But none the less it does show the true steering precision of where you turned at.

If it was a live recording you'd notice he turns far more than the video shows.
 
Have any of you tried every GT3 car at any tracks?
I did on WG except AM V12 (couldn't get a clean lap) and my tuned McLaren (didn't want to lose my tune). I drove them all within 1 second difference from slowest to fastest over 2-4 laps and same start fuel. Is it me or are the cars that well balanced in game?
 
They're fairly well matched. It does vary by track though. I think generally the GTE cars tend to do a bit worse. From what I've heard normally they have better tyres and would be quicker but suffer a bit with the generic GT3 tyres.

Anyway in a completely unconnected link here are a few photos I took today. Prize for anyone guessing the circuit.

Thanks for the races earlier this evening. Penalties were garbage though at Catalunya Club. Still, great racing.

Actually the GTE'S are designed to be faster than GT3's in terms of their reliability and reg specs. But GT3's have big HP and better downforce. Basically they should be FAR faster than the game makes then out to be.

So actually the GTE's would get them in straights and reliability, the GT3's would cream them in terms of grip and speed in turns.

Great race tonight organised by @Danrc2010 in the BMW M1 Procar at Silverstone GP over 14 laps.

After an early incident on lap 3 that put me down from 2nd to 6th, i changed stratagy and went for a pitstop. Came out and had a ding dong battle with @ty2 acekiller (as always, i'll put up a seperate video of that ;) ) swapping 7th position for 3 laps, then started catching the 3 leaders @DropBuckets "Sad" @Danrc2010 and @DIOGOPINTO121 , then after some super racing ahead, due to a mix up i went from 4th to 1st in one move!!

Then i had 2 laps to defend from Diogo, hard but fair defending. ;) Then at the last corner i had a little contact with @Elitekilla29 which let him through to sneak the win after i locked up due to having no tyres left, but no problem there, and you deserved it Elite after a charging race! @RHINO2K demon, Weslev007 and @Bjorn Lucas were there too to keep things interesting also!! 👍 That race was about as much fun as i could have had with my clothes on!!! Great!



By the way, I'd just like to say sorry to everyone for the stress caused this week, but with races like this, all that CRAP doesn't really matter, as this club is the greatest (and only club up to now) that i've been involved in, and with races like this, that just goes to prove it!! Love you guys my racing brothers!!!! 👍 👍 Here's to many more exciting laps in the future my friends! :bowdown::bowdown:

Yeah man great race, i lost momentum due to defending hard with Diogo, You just got me lol!! My front tyres were dead too from pitting early on lap 4! Great race my longtime racing friend! Nearly a year now since we first raced together with @Zakspeed_TV in that great race...Seems like yesterday! ;)

That was a classic, I was buzzing for hours after that one ;). 6 people fighting for the win in a 14 lapper is quite remarkable imo. A real fun race, well done all :). After a troubling week that really kicked..... ARSE! I'm Irish we ain't using no A double S lol. :gtpflag:

Yea hammy i enjoy racing you as well. And yea that race where we was racing zak speed is a classic. I think that video has like almost 400 views on my channel so im glad that a lot of people watch that classic race. I can't believe we was actually keeping up with him.

Yeah man it was a great race with Zak, a week after the game came out i remember. And when the RUF GT3 car was more fun to drive....Here it is, early days for the game with the more basic tyre temp display lol ;)

Trying to get our youngest to sleep in her brothers room for the first time tonight. If that goes well I am really looking forward to some more evening racing!! My rig is in our bedroom and wheel to loud to use when she's sleeping a few metres away. crossing my fingers!! ;)
