Don't forget the Mini.

Yep, the Mini too! Although the aspect of the series was to be focused mainly on the rear wheel drive based cars, some FFs were not to be forgotten like the Hondas. Perhaps also the Clio could be included.

How about:

The Anti Meta Cup GR3 Series

You can use any GR3 cars except the 911RSR and the GT LM SPEC II TEST CAR. Half of the people playing GT Sport would be lost, when you join GR3 lobbies they seem to be the only cars used by many week after week and race after race. I am starting to wonder if those are the only GR3 cars they have in their garage.

For fun you say?
Track: Nurburgring Nordschleife
Vehicle: F-150 Raptor
Tires: Racing Super Soft
Set the ride height at max
Set shocks at lowest dampening
Anti-Roll bar at lowest setting
Traction control off

Max speed 100

You can take a corner and drive on 2 tires for a short distance (unless it rolls over)

Obvious fantasy event but I thought I'd sketch this one up for kicks. Was initially thinking of making this one event but I think splitting it into two different divisions like the VGT Trophy, Mazda Roadsters Cup and FR Challenge made more sense.

This man has it. I'm certainly no fan of Gr.X however given what we have an what absolutely amazing cars that are in Gr.X the least PD could do is do league single make showcases for Gr.X cars.

How about a Zonda R and P1 GTR single make series each?

How about some kind of 'race' of sorts where you run the two pace cars and your form the field?

Also how come there isnt a race where you're in either AE86 (your choice) and you're up against the R32/R34 GTR, FC3S/FD3S RX7, EK9 Civic, WRX Type R coupe, the S13, the MR2, the Supra, the EVO IV and the AP1 s2000... they're all here.... and only on Tokyo Express... night...

Or are they waiting for a mountain pass track to come?

GT Compact Car Series (New version of GT6 Event)

I've been waiting/hoping for this to come back for ages as it makes a lot of cars useful that are not competitive in the other races.

If I remember correctly, the Kei cars were also eligible for this event in GT6.

I think there needs to be a restriction on tyres though, Sports Soft if it's a Beginner Event.

Agree with this too. As @TonyJZX suggests, a single make event for each GR. X car which is ineligible for other events would seem like a no brainer, you would think...

I think I’ll be kinda wired racing a LaFerrari or NSX against a Fit or i3 lol. They need to add more EV/Hybrids that are in the same class like a Leaf/Prius, or the Fisker/I-Pace.

What I think is most important of all is to leverage your assets for the biggest impact. One of the largest and most popular classes is the Group C cars.

There's 5: the 787 the Sauber C9 the XJR9 the Nissan R92CP the Porsche 962c... PD spent a lot of money and man hours and licensing fees to get these cars.

This is a VALID full racing grid.

So why do we not have a "Legends of Group C" racing series in amateur professional AND endurance.

This is a criminal waste of talent here. I spend $5 mil when these cars were released to own them. They have barely 100km on all of them just because it makes no sense to run them when there's the Porsche 919 Audi R18 McLaren VGT spaceships among them.

I am really really incensed that PD wont use what they already have to make leagues AND there's no way to make your own custom races with just these 5 cars.

I cannot see the sense in wasting the talents of the artists and programmers behind these outstanding world class models... on world class tracks.

Group C on Spa. Make it happen.

EDIT: I think we'll see more events get added to GT League when there are less events that have under seven rounds. While the J-Sports Meeting is an exception, it doesn't seem likely a given event will get over seven rounds. But I think there are a decent amount of events at the moment that still have room - perhaps this could give us clues as to both what rounds could be coming to which events, and maybe even what sorts of cars could be coming.

For example, the Nissan GT-R Cup in the Beginner League still has room for two more rounds, so another GT-R could be coming. If it's anything like how the Z Heritage event permits the Greddy Fugu Z, maybe even a tuned GT-R could be coming, such as by Nismo, Autech, Mine's, or some other tuner. Even within Nissan, we could see one of the older R35 iterations seen in GT6, such as the original R35 from 2007, the Spec V, or perhaps the Black Edition which also had the R35's first facelift. There's also the KPGC10, as well as the C110. Unlike the "Race of the Red Emblem" event from prior games, I don't think Skyline models without the GT-R badge (e.g. the R30 and R31, the older BLRA-3, or the models known in the US as the Infiniti G35, G37, etc.) will be permitted into the GT-R Cup, so it's a bit harder to guess if those sorts of models could be coming - though I don't think they're necessarily any more or less likely to appear in DLC, just because they wouldn't qualify for this particular event.

EDIT2: It looks like the Z Heritage event only has three rounds, so I could see that event being even more likely to get new rounds. Especially if we see the Z34 from the PS3 era. Like with the GT-R, we could see tuned Fairlady Z models, especially given the eligibility of the aforementioned Fugu Z, but also the original S30, among other previous models. But also like the GT-R Cup, I don't see this event making it notably less likely for a non-Z Fairlady model (like the Fairlady 2000) to appear.
