Extra Information: A mainly neutral nation, they remain secluded in their island territories. A plague has just hit in what was the Haitian/Dominican region (now known as the Burgosh region) of the nation, wiping out half the population there to about 1 million. It currently is the poorest region, containing 85% of the nation's impoverished population. There are some diamond mines in this region. The New Hope region (Jamaica) is home to the rich and wealthy, with the capital of New Island City containing the biggest port in the nation. New Hope currently has a population of 2,500,000. The Ricopolitan region (The area that contains Cuba) is the center of trade, with 1,500,000 people, and is where the middle class usually live.

The main language is English with some names influenced from the Russian language.

A bit of info on the nation's name - It's influenced by Kimi Raikkonen.

President Nikolai Jackson - " The country is deemed safe"​

The Raikovakian ports have opened once again as the Nucleactic Plague, which wiped out half of the Burgosh region, was finally wiped out for good. The country, which was in turmoil due to the plague, is now in a stable condition and is now open from isolation. President Nikolai Jackson held a press conference announcing the de-isolation of Raikovakia in the Presidential Manor in New Island City, New Hope.

"The country is deemed safe," says President Jackson, "The ports are open, and we do not have a trace of plague in our lands anymore. Our hearts are to those who lost their loved ones, and we will be trying our best to get the Burgosh region out of poverty..."

Vice President Cooper was seen in the Burgosh region helping out the impoverished and giving food to the hungry...

Note: I won't be any of the presidents, as they each will have different personalities. In Raikovakia, there is an eight year term for presidency, with the next election occurring within mid 2020. If the president happens to be killed, the vice president takes over. If there is an off chance that the vice president also dies, the three governors of the three regions each split the power within themselves until the end of election.

Each president has different personalities, President Nikolai Jackson is cautious and pacifist. He doesn't want war. He was cautious in opening the ports. In fact, his cautious attitude caused Raikovakia to become temporarily cut off from the rest of the world!

With the Texans attempting to take New Mexico from my hands, I have decided that I will send extra garrisons of 30,000 troops and 300 air personal each to the cities of Albuquerque and Santa Fe (despite them being little more than villages by now). To beef up my defenses, I will use the captives that I have taken prisoner from New Mexico to build a defensive line, complete with stationary artillery and AA guns (are fortifications allowed?).

Texas will pay for their actions. Let blood spill! I declare war against the Texans as a result of invasion, and am requesting an alliance from Colorado (to defend New Mexico) in exchange for weaponry.

Scientifically, I am using 30% of my science to developing a missile shield, 40% towards laser weaponry, and the other 30% for space technology.

After consultation with the Secretary of Agriculture Ryan Callahan, and Secretary of Manufacturing Howard Kent, we have agreed that we will exchange wheat, vegetables, and fruit in the value of 20% of our total food production, in exchange for Iron for manufacturing use. ..In response to the attack from Pirateopia on my valuable ally of Swedmarken, UEEN (United Eastern European Nations) sends troops to invade the defenceless Pirateopia

Due to no defence, Ireland was easily occupied by UEEN. I believe Oktoberfest is ready to take the also defenceless cornwall too, as another ally of mine and Swedmarken.

There has also been a little progress with the rumored invisibility pills. They can work for times up to 10 seconds now, but the major problem is strong side-effects, such as nausea and being light-headed. This would not be ideal in military use, and the problem is being worked on in top secret project test areas around North Belarus and Southern Latvia.

Oktoberfest sends 100,000 sea troops to Cornwall. Your land is completely defenseless, and so is captured by Oktoberfest. The pirate's riches arr being plundered and shipped back to Oktoberfest. The land of cornwall shall be returned to the rightful owners (England, Hawkeye112) as a sign of peace between our nations, although I advise that the ports stay blockaded to keep the pirates from returning or shipping food, as a temporary measure over a few weeks. The invaders in Swedmarken's land will starve to death, since no food can be shipped in from Cornwall or Ireland, and any remaining resistance will likely be wiped out by Swedmarken.
